ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

STAR SAFETY CORP is committed in all areas to providing a harassment-free work environment. *Harassment based on a person's sex, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law will not be tolerated. All employees, including supervisors and other management personnel, are expected and required to comply with this policy. No person will be adversely affected in their employment at STAR SAFETY CORP as a result of filing complaints of unlawful harassment.

Some examples of harassing behavior may include unwanted physical contact, coarse language of an offensive sexual nature, sexual propositions, sexual jokes or comments, obscene gestures, and displays of pornographic or sexually explicit images, drawings or caricatures. Using STAR SAFETY CORP computer systems for the purpose of viewing, displaying or disseminating material of a sexual nature may also constitute harassing behavior.
